HOW TO USE:

1. Cleanse with your favorite ALTA Beauty Soap. Use in the morning and night as your daily cleanser.
2. Using a cotton ball, gently and evenly apply ALTA Rejuvenating Toner on the face and neck in an upward motion. Use twice a day, day and night for one (1) month. Resume use after one month of rest.
3. After using ALTA Rejuvenating Toner, apply ALTA Day Cream liberally and evenly all over the face and neck, 30 minutes before sun exposure. Re-apply every two (2) hours as needed. 
4. After using ALTA Rejuvenating Toner, gently apply an ample amount of ALTA Moisturizing Night Cream evenly on the face and neck in upward motion. Use at night only.
